Sweet & Spicy Tamarind Chicken Wings (Air Fryer Recipe)

Ingredients:

• 2 lbs chicken wings

• 2 tbsp tamarind paste

• 3 tbsp honey

• 1 tsp salt

• ½ – 1 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)

• Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

• Thai peppers, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine tamarind paste, honey, salt, and chili powder. Stir until well mixed,

2. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.

3. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for a couple of minutes.

4. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

• Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes.

• Flip the wings and air fry for another 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

5. Remove the wings from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving plate. Garnish with fresh cilantro and sliced Thai peppers.
